I had such an amazing experience at the MINISO in the Edison Mall! As someone who loves collecting blind boxes, this location truly impressed me. They carry a wide variety of series — including some harder-to-find and newly released blind boxes that I haven’t seen stocked anywhere else in the area. It felt like a treasure hunt in the best way! The store itself is super clean, well organized, and really fun to browse. The displays make it easy to explore, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I ended up spending way more time in there than I expected just because there was so much to look through. If you’re a collector or just love the thrill of discovering something cute and unique, this MINISO is definitely worth a visit. I’ll 100% be coming back!

I went in yesterday evening 11/28/25 to purchase a few Christmas gifts during black Friday and was told by the nice girl working at the counter that if I returned Saturday and spent an additional $30 I would get my choice of a free gift. I decided to return today 11/29/25 around 4:30 and purchase a few more items for $35 along with my mother who also spent $40. The tall girl at the register first checked out my mom as I continued to browse. When she asked about the free gift the girl stated that in order to receive the free gift you had to be a member/have an account (which she does) and proceeded to not give her said free gift. When I came to check out, I gave my phone number and waited. The girl also mentioned nothing of the free gift to me, so instead I asked. She proceeded to tell me that you needed a coupon which didn't make sense as she told my mother something totally different. This of course rubbed me the wrong way. She was rude and stand offish. I can only assume she is holding all of these free gifts for herself. An absolute shame as had plans to return before Christmas but I won't be doing that again or spending a single dime there. Find honest employees.

I went yesterday with my 3 yeras old grandbaby, and she wanted a bagpack, which price was scratched on the label, I approached a black hair lady that was in the back putting up merchandise , and asked, well with a very rude attitude she walked to the register, and I went there and told her I am sorry if I bothered you, then the baby told her that she wanted something she was carrying on her hand, and that lady TOOK HER FROM THE BABY'S HAND WITH THE SAME RUDE ATTITUDE!!! I was so upset, I said we are leaving we do not have to be treated like this, this is unacceptable!! I went to CLAIRE'S and I bought some nice stuff, they have good promotions and way better service.

Super nice employees, everything was very interesting to look at especially the blind boxes, self care items and makeup. They also had some cute sticker sheets and plushies. They also had some items for pets so I got my dog a care bear squeaky toy. The store was kinda hard to find and took me a while to find in the mall but it’s right across from bath & body works, in case anyone wants to visit Miniso shop 😄
